At Feeling Wood, we take pride in crafting premium real wood wall paneling that is unique by nature. Each plank tells its own story through variations in color, grain, and texture — these are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. All boxes must be new and sealed. We understand that one box may have been opened for inspection, but it must be complete, with all contents inside, and securely resealed. Products must also be unused and uncut.

Before we can authorize your return, please email us at support@feeling-wood.com with clear photos of the product, including its current packaging, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

• A flat fee of $65 applies to all returns (includes return shipping & processing).
• Exchanges are free within 30 days; any price difference for an upgrade applies.
• Samples, trims, and accessories are not returnable.
• Custom or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
